How I Found the Cancer
Back in October, I felt a small lump in my breast. After a mammogram, ultrasound & testing I received the devastating news. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At 34 years old, I never thought I would hear those words and what about my two kids. Once I got over the initial shock, I decided that I have no choice but to stay positive. I had my first chemo on Dec 3rd. Everything went fine at first but I had a rare reaction to one of the drugs. I was in the hospital for 4 days. I don't think i have ever been so scared in my whole life. I have been home for about a week now and I am doing much better. I am still very tired and still trying to find things that I can eat. I went to the doctor today and received GOOD NEWS!! She believes that the tumor has shrank about 3-4 cm already and I might have surgery earlier than expected. YEAAAAA!! Thank you so much for the prayers and support, it means everything to me. My next chemo is Dec 28th. Im really nervous but i am going to keep fighting.
